Where do I find my travel documents?
Once your travel documents are ready, we will send them to you by email to the address communicated during booking.
The travel documents will also be visible and consultable in the Documents section of your Customer Area.

Where do I find the General Conditions?
You can consult the General Conditions by clicking on the dedicated item on the Home Page at the bottom of the page.

When will I receive my travel documents?
You will receive your travel documents, vouchers, within 24 hours of departure. In case of bookings made close to the departure date, these times may vary.

What documents should I bring with me?
Before leaving, in addition to the vouchers to be presented at the facility and any boarding tickets in the case of ship transport, remember to bring with you a valid identification document for each participant, even minors.
